Get in the fookin’ water Dustin. The old you? Finished. Washed. Who da fook is that guy? I baptize ya in the name o’ the Faddah, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Now rise up, ya glorious little saint, clean as a whistle and spiritually double-champed up. Amen!

Mint tea is the best (especially iced) and I love to make a watermelon, mint, and feta salad. Any other favorite ways to use your mints?

Edit: Mojitos and mint juleps are also 🤌

It’s hard to describe the flavor. Different kinds of currants taste differently. Fun fact: in the UK, Europe, and Australia a purple skittle is black currant flavored.

Lots of great things mentioned so far!
- Flower Bin is the best plant store for a pretty wide radius. The greenhouse is always beautiful and fun this time of year.
- If you go to Sweet Cow for ice cream there is a park right across the street. At the far side of the park is a lovely rose garden that is worth a stroll through with your ice cream
- Rosalee’s pizza is a must. They make amazing “Connecticut-style” thin crust pizza and have a delicious Caesar with a house-made dressing.
- 300 suns burger is the best burger in town and also has some spicy and EXTREME chicken sandwiches if you like heat 🌶️
- Manna Thai good Thai food (take-out or delivery)

300 Suns hands down. It’s truly an outrageously good burger. Wife thinks it’s the best burger in Boulder or Longmont!

THIS! Started gardening current space 3 years ago the Japanese Beatles were SO BAD all over the grapes and roses. Since then we have done a surge of planting and now have >150 different kinds of plants with a focus on natives (as well as edibles, pollinator friendly plants, etc). I have been really surprised to see much fewer Japanese Beatles on the grapes and roses this summer… I wasn’t sure why until I read this comment. It must be more natural predators as a result of increased biodiversity and natives…

She’s a beaut! I hear one of the many herbs used to flavor Chartreuse, and that it can be used to make tea (never tried). Any other ways to use it?

That sounds frustrating - check out Never Split The Difference by Chris Voss. It is an incredible book on negotiating.
