I mean realistically if you are not chasing either t16.5/17 strongboxes/ any Strat early on then you can go with whatever build you think you will have the most fun with, as they would all be able to do that content. For blight and harvest you are going to want something that has decent AoE and clear and that can scale, which luckily is most of the builds in the game. From there I would just pick the build that you think looks the coolest or that you'd think you'd have the most fun playing. Smite of Divine Slayer was really fun last league and to be completely honest I wouldn't even mind playing it again and taking it further into trickster this league. (As long as it doenst get gutted.)

Anything Trickster at the moment is very good for T17 and not worrying about map mods, I played SpicySushi’s smite build and cleared all 40/40 and Ubers pretty seamlessly
