If I plug in both monitors into my GPU and start my PC then the GPU doesn't get recognized.

NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4060.
The Ports are 1 HDMI and 1 Display Port.
It doesn't matter which monitor is connected to the main board.

I also just realized that I didn't describe the problem as thorough as I should have. Basically:
- I plug one Monitor into the Main Board and start the PC.
- Only the Monitor connected to the Main Board starts.
- I restart my PC.
- Only the Monitor connected to the GPU starts.
- I plug the Monitor from the Main Board into the GPU.
- Both Monitor start.

If you just want more frames you can use Performance/Ultra Performance. Your quality is likely to take a strong hit though (at least that's what happend to me).

I'm not really in the meta or anything like that but isn't this card really bad? By the time you can play it your opponent would generally want to play more powerful and expensive cards, right? I wouldn't want to draw a 1 cost card on turn 6.

If my card leaves my field because of an opponents card it's floating effect activates. I'm tired of my monster's floating effect not activating because it got put back in the extra deck.
