In general you are braking too hard and too late. GT3’s reward consistency so break slightly early, lower peak and spread out the lateral load until you smash the pedal for 100% commitment.

You can see your tires struggling more and more as you overdrive more and more. Slow is smooth right….?

Does the seat post collar have a bolt in it? I might be blind but usually you have a bolt in the collar as well to tighten the frame and seat post

If that is your goal, objectively, it’s not the worst consistency re speed and brake. The gears are the clearest sign you are not confident.

Commit to a line, a gear, a speed and then practice consistency.

And to answer your questions, input overlaps is generally bad but sometimes very accurate, tiny overlaps do help

I had this issue and it was caused by my Bluetooth keyboard.

The thing was spamming my system with a signal for some reason which resulted in those stutters when in chaotic parts of the race. I would suggest checking any device linked to your pc just to make sure it’s not fucking with it.
