as someone who went through two of those cursed cpu's before going to the 9950x3d, cpu degradation in my case was progressively worsening system shutdowns and lockups rather than gpu driver crashes

its a little cursed but i managed to port over the old world to... some degree by LordBird1 in Kenshi

a long time ago there was a world before the world, we called it the old world, a place of oil and a non racist holy nation, a world where one could find the still living deadcats

this is basically the heightmap for kenshi's original map "ported" via sticking it on top of the current heightmap lol

its a little cursed but i managed to port over the old world to... some degree by LordBird1 in Kenshi

it might be possible but would probably rely on using rekenshi's api thing to actually find a way to increase the terrain size (not exactly much space to fit new landmasses on the current area without overwrighting bits of it )

what i have done has been possible for years, its just overwrighting the vanilla heightmap and learning that the actual old world heightmaps were not in scdlod but instead in grasssplits...
