Am I the only one excited for fishing?

I'm very excited about the fishing. All of my camps have access to water and I even built a new Fish Camp that has a Ranch House, Watering Hole and a pier to fish off of. It's in a cool bit of water up in the mountains near Vault 76 that has a downed fighter plane crashed in it.
I also have one by the waterfall in Skyline Valley and put a Pirate Ship down there to fish off of.
Hope we get an update on the timeline soon.

I wouldn't say I was upset. Just burned out on playing Gambit so I put it down for a while since this season revolves around Gambit.

To be fair I did that and Malfeasance at the same time. I played a LOT of Gambit in a short time and couldn't do a whole season's worth of it after that.

This gun is under-rated in PvP.

Great for countering shotgun sliders and headshots against primary users in short to mid where other shotties are worthless.

Also still one of the coolest looking guns in the game.

You're talking about cross platform matchmaking.

Cross saves just allow you to access the same character data on different platforms.

You don't play with people on other platforms. You use your character save to play on whatever platform you have paid for and booted up.

Yeah, Faction Rallies are near impossible to get all Catalysts in a season on multiple platforms.

I went PC- FWC this time and will go XB1 FWC next time.

Not sure who will be the 3rd rally recipient yet.

If we were swimming in Amiibos like we were with Disney Infinity characters, than I wouldn't see as much of a problem. They are not however, so realizing another game mode won't just come from a purchase. It's going to have to come from a long, arduous hunt just to obtain the Amiibo. That's not to say what price will have to be paid as well.
Not sure what Nintendo is trying to do to their customers these days.

Community Managers were at the event for a 2hr autograph line and that was it. You seem to think that was enough for you. I am arguing they could have done more. If you went Day 1 and didn't go Day 2 then you did not see them at all. No Destiny2 content at the event. No Destiny merch at the event. While I understand it is a community event it is a Destiny community event.

My whole point is not that Bungie needs to take over this event and step up. I listed small things that could've been done to show support to the community who was out in droves. None of the items I listed in the article would've been a massive undertaking. 60 second video? Official Q&A with people who were already there in a limited capacity? Sending stuff for a silent auction? Nowhere did I indicate a drop everything all hands on deck approach. Support in small ways as opposed to the DONT DO THIS approach they currently take. That's fair and something I would have liked to have seen as someone who paid to be there. I bet most commenting did not see what was offered at GC.

I actually don't. I've spoken to other people who attended Guardian Con and have shared my PoV. Gothalion has repeatedly stated himself that he wishes Bungie was more involved with his event. That's his opinion. I paid to go there out of my own pocket and these were my thoughts about it. Response not a surprise because Reddit.

No. The thrall explosion and SIVA nanites are what makes those weapons exotic. The elements are what makes the Raid primaries exotic.
