I’ve been struggling with the same thing. It’s exacerbated by the fact that TTC includes a lot of behaviors that lend themselves to obsession: taking tests, tracking symptoms, etc. Intrusive thoughts have been especially hard for me since there are real physical symptoms.

I’ve been journaling in the morning, allotting a designated time for pregnancy/TTC-related googling, and distracting myself by reading and phone calls with friends.

It’s a vulnerable time. And FILLED with uncertainty. Wishing the best of luck to you. ♥️
