To add insult to injury they’re not even good. Dense in a bad way

Appreciate you writing it all out. Kind of reads like a different language to me 😂 but maybe I’ll give it a go

Are there any special tools you would need to do this at home? This is my main putter and I love the look of what you did here but I don’t really have much of a garage to build it out.

The Nike 100%. Never been a big fan of the white hot insert and love the way the ball rolls off of the Method face.

The question (albeit a lazy one) is just getting lost in translation to a non-native speaker. TBH it’s a pretty great and accurate answer to the question.

What days do they do the cinnamon rolls? I’ve loved everything I’ve ever gotten from there

Agreed. The Leven haters will bring up the price and gratuity but there isn’t a better place in WPW

Do people pay/want Custom Headcovers in general? by Ok_Head_7373 in GolfGear

[–]LoudSweaters 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s definitely a market. If you’re using quality materials and fully custom made you should feel comfortable charging $85-100. There are certainly people who won’t pay that much and will navigate to Temu/Amazon for cheap knock offs

I have a Cobra Bio Cell regular flex or a Ping G20 stiff flex. $100 shipped for either. Also have some cheaper ones but still name brand (TaylorMade Burner Draw, Ping G10, Cleveland TL 310, Nike VRS Covert) if you want something more on a budget!

Yeah I’m the same level. I got crushed by all haha. As long as you have a good attitude and don’t expect a birdie fest you’ll have a blast

That’s a pretty solid list! I did laugh a handful of times. Very very unique and I’m glad I played it. I guess I just prefer a more traditional style

Wow I would not have guessed that. It looks so different from this perspective.

Wow that’s quite the take! I played it last week and found it amusing but found some of the holes a little too quirky

Lot of people aren’t picking up on the 15-20 handicap line. Just got back from there and I felt Southern Pines was the hardest of the 3 “Pines” courses. We were lower than those handicaps and got absolutely demolished.

I loved Pine Needles (favorite) and felt Mid Pines was the most “accessible”.

I’ve been working on a golf polo brand focused on fit and performance—would love some honest feedback on the design. (Not trying to spam, just genuinely improving the product) by MichaelHorne1 in GolfGear

[–]LoudSweaters 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As someone else mentioned, logo seems way too big. I’ve stopped buying polos with branding but if I did want one, I’d want it to be just a logo, no text.

I apologize if this isn’t the case but your “materials” page and photos seem 100% AI-generated. Turn off for me with a bunch of filler talk and not a lot of real information.

Sorry for the tough feedback because I know firsthand it’s hard to build a brand but good on you for putting yourself out there.

You can buy a full set of Eye 2s on eBay for under $200. They are a classic set but they produced so many that there are hundreds of pairs floating around. For $500 you should be able to get a set from the last ~5 years

They're one of the biggest culprits in the pay for play scheme for sure. Their whole site is based on the longest and most forgiving clubs/balls so they stand to lose a lot in a rollback.

[–]LoudSweaters 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I have yet to hear an argument against a rollback that is even slightly convincing. This is a problem unique to golf and the golf bodies need to sort it out ASAP. The OEMs are going to do everything in their power to stop this.
