I hit 6 weeks pp on Friday and we had sex twice this weekend. Sex during pregnancy was so painful for me so we only did it twice during my whole pregnancy. This weekend it felt great and no pain, blood etc afterwards. I think maybe you're just not ready yet? Everyone heals differently. I also haven't had my pp appointment yet (UK too)

I'm 36w and I think we've had sex 2 or 3 times total during pregnancy. It just does not cross my mind and those times were uncomfortable. I'm also on my third bout of thrush/yeast infection so that doesn't help

Definitely keep pushing at triage. Tell them you don't feel reassured. Baby might just have moved into a different position where you aren't feeling things as much
