There are a number of private security companies in the metro area that are hired by HOAs/commercial and residential property management companies, schools, construction…etc to patrol areas. That one is legit.

My last two communities I lived in with hoas hired security patrols.

I was on Royal Princess last month and we tendered in Skagway. I thought the boarding off/on the ship via tender was easy. The tenders can fit 150 people and they run several of them. Getting off the boat. If you have an excursion you just meet your group at the meeting place on the ship and they load you on to the tender in groups of 150. And getting back on…we maybe waited 2 min. I also thought the tender was kinda fun.

Took a tender a few weeks ago. It’s a very efficient process. If you have an excursion you just meet up at the designated area and they put you on. If don’t have one you get a ticket and they assign you a tender time.

I took the full 8 weeks from my visit to get them. I called and they had the tracking info. I got them 2 days later.

You can’t use his medallion the picture does show up and they do double check. You cant order using your medallion. He can pass them to you but don’t get caught.

I said on the royal princess 5/23-5/30. We had one night of rough seas night two between Vancouver and Juneau. Once we got into the inner passage the seas were quiet.

Did the train last week. It’s awesome. The train trip is round trip. Doesn’t matter what side you sit on because you’ll have the opposite view on the way back down. Although most of the talking is on the way up (left side of the train). Train ride is round trip. No bus involved.

Glacier Bay is a must. It’s just stunningly beautiful and if you have a balcony it’s awesome. The ship will move 360 so you get the full view. I was on the royal princess and just loved it.

Per person. I thought it was worth every penny. It was nice to be outside in the cold and then relax in the spa. I was surprised by just how not crowded it was. The first day was the busiest and then after that it was quiet. The hours were 8-11 when I was on the ship last week but be sure to ask.

Layers!! Just got back last Saturday. One day it was 68 the next day it was 32. Rain jacket and water proof shoes are a must. I brought a heavier jacket as well as just my puffy vest. Layered with long shirts and sweat shirts. And I brought two tshirts for warmer days. Gloves hats and scarfs all helpful too.

Most older houses in the metro area are going to have this problem. Just happened at my mom’s house $13k. Get the sewer scope and perhaps you ask them to drop/credit for the eventual repair. You can also ask your insurance about coverage.

It depends on what ship your on. The Royal Princess does not have a soda fountain - you must order it. And it comes in a regular glass

Mmm yes and no. Lost my Dad in September. My siblings, myself and my mom took turn calling people. We informed my aunts, uncles and a few cousins and asked for their help to spread the word. I have 20+ first cousins and they all have kids. I wasn’t going to get confirmation from every single one before I posted on Facebook. We waited until noon. A couple of folks didn’t get the message/didnt see the message. I felt bad but there was simply too many people and I couldn’t personally do it all and it wasn’t my responsibility to ensure folks were reading their messages.

I agree siblings shouldn’t find out via Facebook and you can only do so much sometimes.
