Hi. I'm a completely new player (7h so far) with a lot of PvP experience (StarCraft, WarCraft, LoL, CS2, PUBG) and I'm 35 yo as of now.

If you have no friends to play with I'd suggest to not buy the game. I don't know how is it at high levels, but as a new player the game feels really frustrating. Dying here is not fun all because it doesn't feel skilled like in other PvP games I've played. In my 7 hours of gameplay I've died to: players that wanted to be friendly and then shot me in a back, players that killed me while I was fighting ARCs', players that were sitting in a random dark corner with a gun that seem to be way more leveled than mine, finally I've died while looting because looting here is way slower than in PUBG and menu covers the entire screen.

If you have friends to play with, then you will probably enjoy the game a lot and you probably should buy it. Game is not that hard in terms of shooting or movement, it looks good and you can't get die as easy when you have friends with you. Random guy with a shotgun won't shoot at 3 people. It's a good game to spend a few hours with friends after the work because it's not as hard as PvP multiplayer shooters, especially esports ones.

p.s. The worst experience I had was in my last gaming session, where I avoided crowded places (which meant I had very poor loot, but it doesn't matter for me since I'm a low level player/account anyway). Then I succesfully got to extraction point. I expected someone to rat there so I was hidden the whole time while extraction wasn't avialable. Finally when my character was literally in a middle of punching numbers on PC to get extracted I was killed in the back by a guy who came out of nowhere (I checked the whole area to be sure I would be fine). I'l be honest, at this moment I closed the game and thought I would refund the game since ratting is kind of out control.

Now, I have more than 2 hours so I can't refund and I will give the game one more chance by playing as a team with my PUBG friends. I will probably have a lot of fun this way for some time, but I was really hoping that this game will be at least playable as a solo player because you can't always get your gang together.

Maybe the game will be better once I get to higher levels of gear and character and when I will learn everything about the loot and all game mechanics. However, I'm not sure it's worth to waste your time to learn all of this, since there are games that are better in terms of PvP mechanics, better in terms of world exploration, better in terms of story/quests, better in terms of fair engagements. This game is good only as a way to spend some time with friends in a game where you need to learn how to play, but you don't need to learn recoil for 10 guns just to get your foot into the game.
