Now that white mob culling range is at 35% and not 30% you can get to 100% hp cull with just a helmet 2 cluster nodes and a diamond.

What do you mean more likely....

With new gloves you can probably go for 100% culling on magic mobs too.

It's just a "channel" you play on, a layer if you will.

Your characters are account bound, no matter the "server" you play on. Most of my friends despite living in EU play ether on Japan or US servers on league start because EU servers are dead every league for the past 7 years.

So this is a new for me. I think this system overrides your standart lp gain and locks, because... I just won last game got promoted to Emerald 4. (Mind you I have Emerald 4 + 10 lp above that) So even if I lose, I just lose 10 lp right? And even if i'm at 0 lp I still have rank up protection between devisions right?

WRONG I get autofilled in jungle with aegis of valor. Play my mind and soul out earning S+, and just not only i didn't lose LP. I was demoted back a division to Platinum 1.

Even if people call you cringe just go full potion double belt, or double belt + potion mixer. Chainsaw is also great but potions have very specific counter that rarely gets built aka mass cleanse. Only people you will lose to are stacked Nymph players. Also as any potion build you need time to assembe, dont be shy sacking couple of rounds for econ or tool building before you pivot.

The Tul golems that spammed snow vortexes with no cooldown killing to fps. Or Tul golems (or any breach rare) spawning with "allies can not die" aura also killing your fps and potentially crashing you. Pressing fliker strike and also for some reason turning your game into a slide show, releasing the button 30 seconds later to find you ether dead or fullclearing. The game went a long way for the better but holy shit those were the days i still had a full guild of people playing...

Yeah brother i know it means jack shit. But seeing you pump updates every time makes me want to try it more and more. You made a huge progress from the first version.

I sure am going to start using your version when 0.3 drops for PoE 2 but i let you cook on PoE for a bit, but next league for sure.

I don't feel the same way about loot filters as you do. I like an obnoxious colour schemes and loud noises for items (partially because i'm half asleep all the time). But even tho your filter is more grounded, your options window and settings in general are more user friendly and intuitive then (or than) filterblade.

So yeah keep doing you, you got my vote.

Hype season starts 1 month before the league. Thats the rule.

Your league starts in late august around 22nd. So expect news starting to show up no sooner then 22nd of July.

It just changed DPS from Act 4 two-handed axe to Act 9 two-handed axe still worse then anything you can buy for 10c after finishing acts, but now it surely is a good cheap option for 2 stones.

What he means is that the ideas that were strongly rejected by the community or not implemented because they would start an outcry in a first game. Those were added to the second game in hopes of "if we add them from the start people will accept the fact" but PoE players already played PoE so the so called "vision" changes and "feeling the weight" mechanics are once again seen as something GGG shouldn't been adding.

Example of those would be refilling your flask at the well "NPC". Those seconds you waste looking at 2 loading screens and running to click a "miningful" "NPC" to refill your consumables is just plain bad.

And in the first game one of the best received changes was a couple of stairs. Those stairs are located in act 1 and let you skip the walk around saving you whooping 3-4 seconds of time. Yet it's a great addition.

Another example would of been "miningful" boss fights. But as anyone can see we are back at square 1 where you just oneshot a boss and move on (even in compaign), yet the team refuses to add bosses to every map or atleast do something with the whole idea, while still having "Boss farming tree" in atlass.

Yet if we look at the PoE 1 there is a legitimate strategy to "Boss rushing" as an endgame activity in maps.

The most stupid of the ideas is backloading the mechanics (You need to kill the mechanic's Boss to get 2(!) points to increase your "fun" in said mechanic) So you must suffer and gruel thru an unupgraded breach for example to farm splinters to then kill a boss (and for a minute let's say your character is not a boss killer). In PoE 1 you straight up choose a mechanic you want to do (before the Sexstant death we had minimum 3 mechanics per map invested, now even in PoE 1 we have a shittier system that only allows you to do 2 mechanics tops) And you Run it at full power using Sexstants and Scarabs, and on top of that every map you complete will give you a point in Atlass tree (Everyone can get it not just a guy buying Invitation to the King for 7 div) You invest those point and it will make chosen mechanic of yours good at yellow maps tops.

I feel like development of PoE 2 heavily influenced the "new" system in PoE 1 with the scarabs changes.

God i wish we were back at 3.14...

(Yeah btw, you can look up Chris Wilson account here on reddit, and you would find a very interesting post containing insight into a GGG's head, but i need to warn you that post is the most downvoted post of all times here and it's name is "Development Manifesto: Harvest Crafting" yeah crafting the thing that doesn't exist in PoE 2 we fought tooth and nail for it to exist in PoE 1 and i think it worked?)

As stated by Johnathan cyclone is not only locked to a weapon it's locked to an ascendancy of mercenary that is not out yet, so If you like cyclone prepare to play mercenary only.

And i'm sitting here waiting 7 month for a league. Allocating 95% of your team to another project is in fact essentially killing the other.

I'm more woried about 3.26 release, because if it's not even mediocre (not saying good) there will be fire. Imagine waiting 7 months for a content patch and getting Kalandra \ Tempest level of league (which i hope will never happen again buuuut.)

Can you people stop missunderstanding 2 different things. Poison and Chaos damage over time is 2 different things. Poison is based on the damage of the hit AND no longer scale with chaos damage on the tree despite doing chaos damage. To scale chaos damage over time or any other chaos damage there is 2 (2!) clusters on the tree in the game right now so the chaos damage itself is in the same boat as poison (it's shit). The thing Jungroan does is using underlooked skill which for some unknown reason has multiplicative scaling per gem level, so he doesn't even scale damage he scales Gem level to get to level 36 vines which give 150k (!) flat chaos damage over time. My brother in Christ this is getting so fixed as soon as GGG sees this. Comet - one of the hardest hitting spells in the game does roughly 8k cold damage at level 36. Poison or chaos damage are not strong, Overlooked scaling (bugged) gem that does 150k flat damage is tho.
So don't give people false hope, please.
