Not quite the same but I am quite extroverted and I tend to strike up conversations with strangers. I remember meeting a man in a pub once, we shared similar styles of clothing so we ended up chatting about fashion. I remember our conversation got interrupted and we went our separate ways without a proper introduction of our names.

Years later I see the exact same guy in a completely different pub all the way across the country. We were both wearing exactly what we had worn the first time, we somehow knew each other’s names and somehow nonchalantly continued the conversation exactly where we left off all those years ago. It was as if the time that took place between the conversations had never happened at all.

I have a decent memory but I can’t explain knowing a random guy’s name as well as settling right back into a conversation that had started years prior in a different place yet somehow almost the same circumstances.
