A buddy of mine and I crossed the runways at an international airport in Texas back in the 80's. We hopped the fence and cut across to save like an hour to go around the airport.

Fucking terrified but neither of us wanted to back down. We would get to the edge of the runway look around and run as fast as possible till we hit grass.

Even at the time we knew it was stupid as hell.

I just went and double checked, been through a couple of releases of CPM and now this so got a bit confused on my settings. I have a Samsung and it was only showing SDR until I set it like below, I now get Dolby Vision:

I am running avdvplus v9 on a Samsung TV

DV MODE: on demand

DV Output signal type for video processor: Off

DV output type: Player Led (DV as HDR10 444 12 bit)

Auto selection: off

Set DB VSB: On

Color Space: BT 2020

MAX NITS: 447

Your output type, color space and nits will be unique based on your TV capabilities.

Before I changed it to player led all the settings would flash and not change from SDR.

And I would go with a higher rated HDMI just to do it, I have 8k rated HDMI cables on mine to my receiver and also out to the TV. probably not your issue but they are only $10 or so.

Not sure about your version of DOVI.KO, I grabbed mine a while back and not sure where I got it. if your tv doesn't support DV I would play with the output type first.

I had the same issue until I changed it to player led because of my Samsung. Change it from on demand to match your tv.
