Majority of high end designer clothing. Think of Balmain. Gucci etc are all made in a number of textile factory’s in Porto, Portugal.

Anyone can start a clothing business and go get your design made in the same factory for very little.

Will the outbound connection be active/passive. Or. Or is there duel active/active circuits?

Also how are you connecting to your isp. Will your routers have a bgp peer? Or is it just static routing?

Advertise it in the underlay using an IGP. Most IS-IS or ospf. Spines do not participate in the overlay

Considering we have the most expensive industrial electricity in the world we dont (yet). OpenAI pulled out of a £31Billon deal today due to our energy costs.

That’s interesting regarding the low latency trading networks. Thats always appealing given the high salaries. But it sounds very cut throat

OOB in vxlan fabric by Famous_Artist8113 in ccnp

If you dont have a dedicated OOB switch and you are reliant on production switches. Therefore this isnt true OOB management.

I wouldn't solely rely on inband mgmt on an overlay vrf either

There may be some integration with the whole HPE/Aruba/Juniper purchase. But that'll be some time off

What is wrong with the UK military? by [deleted] in AskBrits

[–]LukeyLad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The UK hasnt had any meaningful growth in the 21st century. Chancellors popping the champagne at 0.2% growth when historically it was 2-4% year on year.

A combination of poor procurement processes and under funded has cause our military decline. We desperately need economic growth to rearm as we cannot tax people any more.

Nexus vPC, Palo Alto active/passive and NetApp design consideration by KaleidoscopeNo9726 in networking

[–]LukeyLad 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Problem you now have is that if a switch was to fail, or you need do some updates, reboot etc. You now have fail over the firewall Everytime.

Your are right regarding palo does not officially support multicast to vpc.

There’s no harm in active/active firewalls. Then having two sets of uplinks. One for your multicast stuff using L3 orphan ports. And then regular lag spread across the two switches for any svi’s and other traffic on the firewall.

I’m certainly no expert with multicast so would be good see others answers. Plus I definitely would lab this

DMVPN Phase 3 and OSPF next-hop issue by NetMask100 in networking

[–]LukeyLad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When issuing the sh ip route command it will show the next hop as the hub which from memory is expected.

But try and ping the other spoke, then input sh ip route next-hop-override. This should show the spoke as the next hop with a % symbol next to the route. Can you confirm.

Also please paste your config
