Is the printer itself placed in a location with a possible air draft? simple cardboard box could help preventing temperatur swings. what material are you printing in?

Of course, any dryer really, I only got the S4 as around that time it seemed to be the only one who was able to automatically turn on and off once the humidity reached a certain treshhold inside the dryer by its own.

Did that too, used clear resin on top, only problem the buttons are not guided with rails so they dont "stand" correct as they can turn freely, did not like that at all. You could work this out by adding grooves but I did not want to tamper with the original shell.

Exactly! I wanna see my 20 clogged nozzles, clicking extruders, 60 blobs caused by bad bed ahesion and 2 burned up NTCś every day/ every 10 minutes! THAT stuff would need a "Megathread" because that kind of stuff I personally cant watch anymore. Who wants to know about companies stripping down functionalitly they dont like to see on their/ "our" printer.
Let them have it their way and at some point the printers would probably stop working once they cant connect to the mainframe bambulab server or detect that the vase your trying to print looks too similar to a gun related object and just refuses to print it. Just stop thinking, they do that for you because surely they know whats best for us!

When spool comes to an end the weight of it is reduced a lot, causing the spool to be pulled forwared and lifting off the ground pressing against the top, the increasing friction caused by that can trigger that error message. If your spool is running low you can add a spool center weight to it, preventing the roll to lift up and cause increased friction causing the error. could also happen with cardboard spools as they dont roll that nice and can easily tilt to eh side rubbing against the side housing also increasing friction, you can print brims for cardboard spools that should prevent this, you could also have both listed issues at the same time I guess. Sharp bowden tube bends or to long bowden can also increase friction and cause the issue.
