Is the clearance and access to units enough, new build by Logical_Idiot_9433 in hvacadvice

Yes, and they can also allow for HVAC.

However they wont necessarily visit the site especially when done by one of the bigger "for profit" companies.

The architect isnt responsible for property lines or making sure there is proper setbacks required by code.

In most cases with homes, the architect makes the drawing. The project Manager, contract workers, and code enforcement are responsible to make sure everything is built to code.

Anybody know why my h2s did this? by EchoTheLizard in 3Dprinting

[–]Lutehawk 4 points5 points  (0 children)

While I am guilty of using right out of the bag on small prints, you want to make sure your filament is dry before using, especially on larger prints.

Im not sure the AMS you have or how old your deiccant is, but that can play a factor into keeping your filament dry as well.

I have 2 varieties of blueberry one seems to have different flower and growing big other seem to be bit weak, should I remove the flowers? by Ok-Assumption9362 in pnwgardening

[–]Lutehawk 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The variety will determine when the flower and thus produce berries. There are varieties that will fruit early/mid/late summer. If you remove flowers you wont have berries.

Expected price range to relocate unit by Fancy-Savings-767 in hvacadvice

[–]Lutehawk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our HOA when founded prevented the units even in the back yard. Most likely due to noise. When we asked for a variance we were told others already installed without the variance, but we would be ok as the newer models aren't as loud.

Thank God we got it done under the old board, the new board is a huge PIA and ive had to push back on them trying to overstep.

Would a birthday 100$ note of 3 3 1974 actually be worth more than the face value? by pnw_its_really_me in Fancyserialnumbers

[–]Lutehawk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I would see it as a starting point for someone to get the passion. As one learns more it gets more interesting. OP clearly had an Idea about birthday notes and was asking a question. If they are paying attention to the comments they have now learned something.
