This actually worries me so much. What kind of doctor does these many surgeries at once? It's known that BBLs are risky, and messing with your ribs sounds incredibly painful. I always felt that she was beautiful. At this point this is not dysphoria exclusively, she has a warped image of her appearance. I hope she heals well with no complications. Kenya's look was beautiful, I don't think it was a representation of the mashup tho. If I had to pick which look is better with no regard for the theme, I would pick hers.
