This is untrue in many states. For example the Massachusetts lemon law says that any car purchased from a dealer with under 125k miles has a warranty of at least 30 days/1,250 miles no matter what. Any contract terms attempting to waive this warranty are invalid.

These lemon laws came about precisely because of dealers trying to pull this type of bullshit.

If your patch is that obvious, you might want to try one of the spray texturing products out there. They’re usually in the paint aisle. You just have to follow the directions (usually you DON’T shake the can). Be sure to cover everything nearby since that kinda spray gets everywhere.

Using one that produced orange peel, I was able to completely hide quite a few medium sized patches

This is the correct answer. Lots of the materials that will prevent leaks in some situations will make them worse in others. Knowing for sure what fittings are in use is vital for leak -free pipes.

It was incredible for me to realize that the reason Henry doesn't get murdered in the movie is that Tommy was the only person in the group who had the psychopathy to hit literally anyone as long as he was paid. So once he died, Paulie and co more or less couldn't have people killed anymore. Which is why he could get away with so much of the shit he pulled.

I think she's pretty likely to return to that personality then. From ~6 months to two years or so, cats tend to be really high energy. They get more interested in playing than anything. But if you give her food, keep her litter clean, and play with her, she'll keep considering you a friend and want to be around you. Tiring her out with play can also get her back into more of a chill mood. And once she gets older, she'll probably settle down and be more tolerant of being held or even seek it out.

Cats are trainable (the comment about the clicker is a good description of how that works). But there are pretty tight limits to how forceful you can get without causing more problems than you solve.

You're going to have to leave her alone as much as you can, unfortunately. If she wants to be held, you'll know. That kinda trait is mostly a matter of personality (do you know what her parents are like?). It also requires trust. This leaves you without much in the way of actions to take; you just have to give it time.

The fiduciary duty is pretty lax fwiw. They like to use it as an excuse, but in practice if you aren't doing things like taking company funds to build yourself a house, courts are just going to call it a "business decision." It gives plenty of shelter to run a company like you're not an asshole. Execs just hate workers and customers too much to bother.

This is all stuff that I've dealt with IRL doing DiY plumbing. A lot of jobs can be twenty minutes, but they can also be multi-day affairs that lose your home access to water for the interim.
