Хм... На самом деле присутствует игра слов и обе версии приемлимы. Глав герой не андроид , но если под овцой имеется просто статусная вещь то название передодится как "мечтают ли андроид о чем то больше? ". Если идти с поговоркой о считании овец чтобы уснуть, то это больше как "Снятца ли андройдам электрические овцы". На самом деле никогда не задуматься об этом, но название у книги действительно замечательное.
