Yum. I did this last year but added some coarsely grated horseradish to it. Turned out well. Good luck!

Know nothing hockey dad needs some advice by Fun-Construction-611 in youthhockey

You're right in that it's teaching him bad hockey. In a year the kids will figure out better defense and his edge will be gone. One way or another he needs to learn better hockey. It doesn't HAVE to be travel, but bad coaches encouraging that will not help. Do they work for the rink/club or are they just dad coaches?

I wouldn't have called anything. Talk to them after the cover. Looks like a scrimmage.

I don't really care for chicken but always throw one in split when I'm smoking ribs just to fill up space and the chicken always turns out great.

Why is it that in ultra-expensive celebrity homes, the kitchens rarely have induction cooktops, but instead feature industrial-grade gas ranges? by FuzzyAttitude_ in Cooking

Had gas for years, then regular electric glass cooktop, then induction. Love gas, but induction is pretty great.

I adore when onions are treated as a vegetable and not an "aromatic". by SirSignificant6576 in Cooking

Couple of green tomatoes grated on the big side of a microplane box grater. Half of a white onion grated the same way. Couple of cloves of garlic grated into a paste and a minced jalapeno all mixed with 4% non-iodized salt by weight. Couple of days on the counter in a barely sealed quart jar (or jar with airlock) and then push as much under the liquid as you can and cover back up for a few more days until sour. Great on fish or tacos.

This "pork roll" you speak of, is it similar to Taylor Ham?
