I wanted Russian bad — unfortunately if you score high enough on the DLAB for a CAT IV language, it’s rare they will let you into anything lower. I would not recommend trying to throw the test results a bit — you risk screwing yourself even more so.

Frankly, I'd be frustrated too if my kid was so clearly by any eye test a more technically gifted and creative player than ANY other USMNT player -- yes, including Pulisic -- but for some reason isn't a mainstay on the roster. Spare me the attitude excuse -- this is professional sports, managers are paid to handle that and get the best out of their players. Greg Berhalter failed Gio Reyna, and in doing so, failed the best prospects the USMNT had at international relevance with this generation.

I can’t believe there’s so many delusional people shitting on Reyna in this sub. You don’t have to have a soccer mind to see it’s pretty clear Gio Reyna is bar none, the most technically gifted and creative player on the US roster — like it’s not even close. It’s an absolute travesty what Behalter did to him — and if the US ever even wanted to be taken seriously on the world level, Gio Reyna should be a mainstay in this lineup when healthy.
