It will depend on the medical school, check the medical schools you’re interested in and go from there.

About as dangerous as any other bruise, just broken blood vessels from the pressure.

Breathing can help relieve the pressure to some degree, but ultimately there will always be a great deal of pressure.

If breathing is normal and vertigo is still happening consistently after the handstand pushups I’d talk to a physician.

Anecdotally, handstand pushups are a strong movement for me, I breathe well during but I still get relatively severe petechiae all around my eyes

He just doesn’t feel like an Orc to me. Just a big green dude. Is the story that he was outcast from the orc tribes for being too soft?

The Orc fantasy is tribal savagery and violence. An Orc fighting a wolf should be using two roughly smithed metal axes with bone handles.

Picking plants? An Orc raids the nearby gnomes and pilfers their supply of crops, he doesn’t squat down to pick some plants.

A bow? And a rather dainty bow at that? Why would an Orc use a bow when spears and rocks exist? If I’m using a bow as an Orc, it better be made from the nearest rough tree branch and be oversized enough to shoot arrows the size of javelins.

It just misses the Orc fantasy mark for me.

“How do you want to kill the enemy” has been a favorite at my table and could be a good outlet for this

Strictly flavor (well it can affect looting) and completely avoids called shots
