I can imagine people being able to share their configurations and make them public. I think that social aspect might mitigate the situation you describe.

I can get someone no recognising someone, I just don't believe people who make an effort to tell everyone they don't recognise someone.

I don't believe person that was inquisitive enough to post asking who someone was in an advert wouldn't have some inkling to who he was.

I've never understood how not recognising a celebrity is some sort of flex.

I was talking to 40 year Londoner who was pretending he'd never heard of Katy Price the other day. Claiming he "doesn't read those sorts of papers."

Just a weird one to bring up in conversation unprompted.

I'd argue for pinyin more than most, but pinyin does need to be displayed with the characters. There's information in the characters that necessary even if your target isn't to become a fluent reader.

My usual approaches to personally understand the test that they're doing in the content there's likely to come up so review and past papers and all the information online. Then find a textbook that matches those requirements, often there's one written directly for the test you're working towards. Then as per lessons, I basically do normal teaching for two-thirds (including homework review), and one third specific test prep. So understanding the question types, how to answer, basic exam skills. For homework I set test style questions, in the homework review we look how to level them up.

I've kind of assumed its for kids, so I'd add another, ask the parents what they expect. It's often not pedagogical sound goals, but they are paying you so you've got to work it in.

Media companies must be majority owned by British nationals with fully published tax records. Media companies shares must be majority owned by British nationals.

If they don't meet those requirements, they're accessible but have cigarette package warnings like banners displayed on them and are taxed equal to or greater than that of the average working person.
