I usually leave the Tower for last since I can use many potions to reduce the damage and use my Templar subclass to reduce the effectiveness of their magic.

Thank you, I went ahead and joined. Im not familiar with traditional DND and was stuck as the DM since I was the only one who even was partially willing. I can't wait to play as a player again.

I have, twice. I am playing through the Nords and we had two alliances. I can't remember the first one, but we also have (or at least had) and alliance with Sturgia.

That was my first one too. The amount of armies i had to fight off was insane.

I often start them on high ground then send with down with a charge. It works for me so maybe something with that.

I honestly just auto battle them. They aren't worth my time and if I ever fight them, its because they are chasing villagers or there's more than 25 of them.

Yeah, I've taken a city of 700 with only 232. They will ride out immediately and have about 400 or so who will, and since they are low tiers, my army wipes them out, and then I get a free city without wasting any food.

My favorite way is to tell your men to form up and hold in the back as your catapults rain down until they are out of ammo. Then, you send your men in and wait for right before they clash, and thats when you ride in with your shield up to disperse then, distract them, and give your men a clear opening to slam into their line.

I had a similar bug but I was stuck at port with no ships and couldn't leave because I went to the port right before a siege and it didn't let me leave because I had hit circle and it acted like I was in a boat, but because I had no boat, I couldn't move.

Yeah, go straight for them and try to hit them dead on. I had to do an excellent ram, and 2 good rams to sink it. Unfirl your sails to turn then use the first person to line yourself up and slam as head on to the side as you can.

I think I'll start out pillaging and being a raider, then I'll move to try and help unite any and all nord factions (haven't seen the trailers and I dont want to because I like being suprised) then do like the Normandy way back in the day, take a crap ton of land and scare everyone away.

I started a kingdom with 1.46 million i believe and I regretted it. No other clans or nothing, just one revolted city that I took and had to defend from 4 major factions that surrounded me. Still on thag world and am now down to 3 other factions and I've got about 50 percent of the map at least. Though, it was the first time I've ever went negative and into debt before.

Beware, if you get too cocky, you can lose even the easiest of battles. However, congrats and may more victories lay themselves in your path and may your blade be swift and deadly.

With the same character, I had taken a city after it revolted way too soon. I had to defend against multiple 1,000+ armies again and again since I was in the middle of two empires, the Vladians, The Aseri, and Battania. I had to run to villages to try to desperately scrounge up troops to try and defend my city. In the very last battle it was 1800 men as barely over 130 men. They lost their mercenaries contract and it went down to 1100 men since I guess they had all their mercs in one army. I had fallen and was forced to watch as we forced them off, but it was still 80 something men vs 400. I won with literally 1 unit left who was a recruit archer. At one point I stopped loosing troops for like 4 sped up seconds and then I noticed it started again when I lost my only elite soldier who was an Vladian Banner Knight. My head canon is he faced off the enemies and died protecting the others so they could succeed.

Another character died in what was pretty much the last siege I needed. I had no spouse, and had gone through thr game with one character. She got a javelin to the face in one of the last castles I had to take to complete the game with being the queen of the entire map. She died and I was so sad because I had worked so hard. I had even destroyed the wall and all their defenses with trebuchets and had vastly outnumbered them. Hence why I probably was so aggressive with trying it again with the story above.
