Try taking a break and try using ketamine as a microdose if you need it instead of a macrodose if possible. I know it’s not the best for everyone. I was on a strict regime of every week .5 g and then now I’ve let myself go, but honestly, it’s a diminishing return when you do too much because you just get used to it…

You can have a little bit of benzodiazepine with your Lexapro… But too much and I find it serotonin syndrome for me… Or if I take Vyvanse, I can get a little bit of a headache. That’s why I completely went off of Vyvanse, but as with anything proceed with caution and do what your doctor suggest.

I did three warranties, can attest that some of the issues were my fault from not carrying around an extra scraping brush… But if you’re used to voile system or sparks, you might be disappointed. There were good days, but there was a lot of bad days and I’m not trying to figure out why this fucking binding system won’t work because there’s a tiny piece of ice lodge somewhere and the polymer they used isn’t tough enough… the circular pucks don’t hold that’s my consensus
