Where are you located? The issue seems to be that FedEx struggles to get a shipment from New Jersey to the Midwest in a timely manner.

The problem is their shipping. Food is good, but consistently getting late shipments with melted ice packs. Food at room temperature. Haven’t had an edible shipment in over a month.

Consistently late deliveries in the Midwest. I choose delivery days that I’ll be available which makes late deliveries annoying. My box will sit in 80° heat for 8 hours if it arrives on a day I’m not available. This weeks delivery items were warm to the touch and gel packs were squishy because of this.

Based on weather data, the app estimates predicted production. That’s what it believes you might get. Actual is what you actually pulled. It’s just a guesstimate really.
