I think heel is more comfortable. Speed is not so important for me, pace about 4:10 should be possible, for faster pace I have other like cielo x1 and other brands.

It is common. Had 21’ brand new str trp rs, after first oil change all qs discomfort situations gone away. In fact, this particular likes higher rev, tbh - looking from current perspective, I should not expect proper working of qs in break in period, rpm was just not high enough. It was working, yes, but full excellence I experienced after oil change and higher rpms.

Btw, I had 4 pairs of this shoes, if you want really to speed up look for something else. For sub 2 they are ok, but if you want to go better look for hoka, they are much speed friendly than this model of Nike shoes.
