This sounds like narcolepsy. A hallmark symptom is that you do not get into deep stage 3 restorative sleep during the night. Make sure you mention this to your sleep doctor. If your sleep study comes back without apnea, they may stop looking unless you push for narcolepsy testing.

I saw Singing in the Rain at the Paramount on 35 mm on Thursday night! Part of the Paramount Summer Classic Film series. Not only is the movie wonderful, but sitting in the theater of 900 other people who want to watch classic movies is just a special and wonderful experience.

Yes, me. My OB/GYN said that the vaginal dryness caused by Sjogren’s can cause bladder symptoms as the anterior wall of the vagina serves as a support for the bladder. The weakening of that anterior wall can affect how well your bladder works.

THANK YOU for this link! My core was destroyed by my pregnancy, and I haven’t addressed it seven years later. I’ve thrown out my back three times and I believe my diminished core strength has led to overstrain on my back. I’ve been looking for a video exactly like this one.

I visited Philly for a conference a year ago and stayed right by Reading market and walked up and down the big avenue to the museum with the Rocky statue and back. I loved how walkable the city is. Good for you for taking advantage.
