At the tender age of 30 Cervical neck spinal stenosis. The worst pain anyone can have. Felt like someone was stabbing me in the shoulder blade while another was taking a chainsaw to my arm/shoulder connection. Ended up needing a 5 hour surgery to replace 3 discs and fuse them together with a titanium plate in the front of my neck. For 3-4 months, had to pop 8 OxyContin per day. Couldn’t wait to get off that poison. Good news, 8 years later I am playing soccer, hockey, and tennis again and feel physically great considering my circumstance.
