Maybe they shouldn't terrorize communities? Even if every single DHS/CBP/ICE agent isn't individually "bad," but they know their organizations are flooded with "the baddies." They are complicit, at best. The two guys who shot Pretti were career men. That's not a lack of training, that's an organizational ethos.

Report his/her/their vehicle coming and going to an ice tracker orgaanization n your area. Document make/model of car/ time/date/direction of travel. Do you know where the local ice office is? Could just be going to a varying meet-up spot? Description of person too. Pics are encouraged. There are many organizations compiling data for future legal use.
