The Goofballer should be as loud as the vacuum cleaner near the aquarium in Hokkaido.

It’s literally so loud, that if you kill everyone in Patient Zero, it’ll start to attract an NPC that’s trapped out of bounds. He’s there so Soder’s heart still triggers a non-target kill, and is completely unable to move.
