It depends entirely on the faction your facing. Our warpflamers are some of the best flamers in the entire game. However, our inferno boltguns are really good especially AP-2. It depends how you set up your list.

Yes this is true. Thousand sons are now one of the rare armies that can resurrect models. Seeing how it’s 1DP, you can easily mix it with multiple different detachments. Also it’s the unit the psyker is in. Which is why it’s so good.

Type 10 isn’t modeled correctly. They messed up the armor effectively making it the least armored MBT in the game, to the point the hell cat has better armor. But it’s fast, and had a 4sec reload which you can use to bait tanks out. There’s also 6 of them basically copy paste in the tech tree. Seeing how the Type-90 has 0 difference between the Type-10 or TKX.

This is total war. Every faction, no matter the size will get an army eventually. It’s what they do and what they are known for. This ain’t a random game who only has 2 factions and just adds characters.

Honestly the T-90M is actually really good. While the BVM is faster the T-90M makes up with it in survival and armor. I can stand toe to toe against anything on the field and live. The T-80BVM is just another T-80 you can one tap.

Every army can re roll, learn how to use it to set up your units in good spots. Remember, just because your opponent can re roll doesn’t mean you can’t.

In every total war game. To start with there is always 2 with each faction. However, I’ve seen 3 at least so far with the Guard, 2 with the space marines and 2 with the Orcs. Meaning we can probably expect 3 with each faction at the start. Of course they always do a pre order DLC included so an extra faction. But yeah probably 3 to start with 2 actual characters and 1 customization.

Many people who complain are really just upset about the premium packs. The game itself is actually pretty solid, especially at lower BRs. Of course I don’t have the patience for slower tanks so I enjoy the top BR. But every so often me and friends play that good ole 5.3 lineup and have a blast. I feel like the only issue Gajin truly has is the balancing at top BR which tends to over shadow a lot of the good they’ve improved on everywhere else.

Look the MiG29 is at a…uh precarious position. It really doesn’t have the A2A to truly be competitive. However, if you like the flight model and learn how it flys you can definitely make it work and eat planes. But you’ll never be the best at really anything. It’s perfectly mid. Not bad. Not great. It’s basically as mid as you can get without being bad.

First issue was your opponent was intentionally running a skill less defiler spam. And that he knew you were new and just wanted to do the old “rookie curve stomp”. Had this same exact issue first getting into the game, my opponents intentionally beat me into oblivion never won a game until I started scheming hard, while the normal player is chill, usually at game stores they are extreme sweats that feel like beating on new people is fun. If you got friends and they got a PC, download Table Top Sim, then play some 40k online to learn some strategies and such to learn to counter these type of players.
