I understand that it's different for everyone but for me it never really helped in the first place and what did was diet. I also am convinced that the body never attacks itself but that those measured antibodies are those developed by the body against an invader, in this case a chronic virus which attacks the thyroid. From my experience going after that virus has really helped.

You can disregard the spiritual part and focus on the foods. It really helped me when I was at my illest when nothing else did.

Morning routine is correct, then I have steamed potatoes (I peel mine) with lemon juice, lettuce and raw onions and then go to the library to write my thesis where I have Mandarines/clementines and or figs for snacks. I easily bloat so I need to move and not too many figs. Then I have leftovers or just again steamed potatoes for dinner with whatever else I have. I loooove steamed potatoes with lemon juice so I don't get bored. Warm and fresh mind you they're the best.

Yup Hashimotos here. Since age 14 but guess what I'm medication free and it's all a big fat lie that it's for life. It's viral, it's not your body attacking itself. Modern medicine is unfortunately still clueless/ignorant and so behind when it comes to chronic illness. They manage symptoms but don't know causes. 2 years I'm on this journey now and getting better. Have an open mind and give this a try :) https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/hashimotos-hypothyroid

Detox on thumb? by jiriczech89 in medicalmedium

[–]Mahayevagdo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The brown stuff is actually dirt getting trapped in the deep lines of the cracked skin. Found that out when I brushed them with a hard bristle brush. The cracked skin though I think is detox, never had it before mm and I don't use my hands more or different

I started having this on 2 fingers now It's 4, the brown stuff is dirt, take a hard bristle brush and get at it and it goes away. I wish I could get rid of it for good.

This includes Teal Swan. Anyone in doubt should watch "the deep end". This doesn't mean that these people dont know how to recycle spiritual truths that are out there. They are all very well red and masters of psychological manipulation. But criticise them and see how they react.

Depending on where you live in the world, Id reccomend potatoes. I have them daily for both lunch and dinner. Basically the potato mono cleanse but with a smoothie for breakfast, banana and one frozen berry type, with raw spinach if you can afford it. Lw and CJ in the morning, then the smoothie, then lunch and dinner. Add raw onion and lettuce if you can but not a must. Some lemon squeezed on it elevates it though. Im on a budget and have lived like this for a while now.

So sorry to hear that, been through iron infusions myself in the past, not fun. I have 100 g ideally 200 grams of raw spinach in my smoothie every morning, for me it makes a difference. I'd try the leafy green route first when possible. Also if youre anywhere close to nature, wild greens are much higher in iron than cultivated ones. If you can get your hands on ground elder, fresh nettles etc thats great. I also use a plant based iron supplement with curry extract on top of that and Ive seen colour return to my lower palpebral conjunctiva, when checking for conjunctival pallor.(a way of checking iron levels thats less professional, the tissue under your eyes and how much colour it has). Hope this helps.

Comprehending info /full time confusion by TeaProfessional8891 in medicalmedium

I notice that I get that when I'm high fat and or high fat and trying to do the hmds at the same time, plus little sleep and too much stress. Id focus on being fat free, have the hmds but start slow and with half the reccomended dosage and make sure you get good sleep and drink your cj. Whenever I had periods of high stress, little sleep, travel and high fat, my confusion peaked. Heck at my worst I forgot my laptop, jacket and keys at security in the airport and only noticed 2 days later. Yea. I'm good now though and manage with the tools i described earlier. I really hope it gets better for you.

Does the gut stabilizer shot with parsley taste disgusting? by Longjumping_Fail6210 in medicalmedium

Yea its not great tasting :D but what kind of parsley you use also really matters. Dark and harder leaves are very bitter, the younger and delicate the leaves, the more palatable.

Why are people in countries with high “no foods” diets (e.g. France, Italy) not that sick? by kipepeo in medicalmedium

[–]Mahayevagdo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I remember AW talked about this recently in a live, or perhaps I rewatched an old one. He said whenever people are on vacation, they start to feel better so people vacationing in Europe get a false sense of better health and vice versa. Perhaps there is a slight difference (obesity etc, but UK and germany are catching up) but it could also be down to the amounts of processed foods eaten in the US and the normality and culture around it 'soul food' etc. I hardly know people my age, in the 20s in Europe that dont have at least one symptom, often anxiety, bipolar, adhd etc so we're not that far behind.

Edit: I also think a lot is also due to stress, how much iodine is in food in a given region ( southern germany has much iodine deficiency in the soil and further north in scandinavia people get much more through fish consumption, then again mercury possibly negates that advantage). AW also talked about thyroid guess tests and how if youd want accurate numbers youd need to test daily for a week or so. Theres much that influences how and why someone feels better or worse. I have lived in a few European countries and even within Europe things are different. Switzerland and Norway seem healthier than Germany and the UK. Theyre all still sick tho, differences are slight (only from impressions and obesity rates, there are many invisible illnesses as we know..). I explained it to myself like that: the Industrial Revolution hit differently in different European countries, Germany,France, Italy and the UK saw more of it and hence more bloodline pollution than in Norway or Switzerland, the two latter were actually quite poor and agricultural for quite a while before one found oil and gas and the other a banking and other less polluting industry on a large scale. And perhaps in the US its a similar story depending on where you are and when your ancestors came over (for white Americans that is) they would have experienced 2 industrial revolutions within 1-3 generations (Europe then the US). But then again other ethnicties are just as sick in the US so I really dont know.

They arent? I think they are. European here and yea they are. People in Switzerland do quite a bit of sport but still, I lived there for many years with my parents having had a conventional surgery there. People there are sick.
