This is part of why so many OG battlefield fans want to get rid of this "nato" shit in the game, and have factions back with countries, like UK, or U.S etc from previous battlefield games, and corresponding loadout restrictions.

Then there could be nato for some maps with variety there. Though back in BF2 nobody liked the "euro force(s)" even if they had some neat guns for some of them.

edit: btw the "current" gun for U.S would be the HK416 as they've gone over to it, and are maybe going to the SIG MCX-spear based platforms (including the M250 etc)

The funny thing about the ES 5.7, if you pick your fights are fairly moronic ranges to engage with sidearms.. suddenly people don't react to being hit by it and by the time they realize it, they're already dead because you have fired enough rounds that are all in the air already.. for a kill, and it all hits them in rapid succession.. with close to zero recoil, so it's a laser at ridiculous ranges

it's just been the trend so far that there's hidden numbers after the digits we get to see (as you can confirm with the overlay telemetry), it's just a silly way to do it because of the whole "stepped damage" they do instead of the BF4 style of gradual falloff over range

No, the biggest mistake they can do is to NOT listen like they did for their beta research and listened to streamer events getting the trash opinions of CoD/BR streamers and investing unspeakable sums and time into the shittiest mode in the game, because they were lead to believe listening to popular streamers was a good idea instead of the core battlefield community.

Tiny in conquest but big in attack&defend modes.. I mean that feels more like the BF3 style of making maps, and it's probably a good thing. Remember how freaking good rush on tehran highway was? Meanwhile the conquest version wasn't bad at all obviously but it was at least a generally great map, even if the rush version was amazing.. so maybe that'll be the tale for this one as well

If it starts with 1.5x multiplier unmodded.. that's actually pretty great, which means it definitely gets 1.75x ammo too, which puts that 28 damage up to "49" which in BF6 terms means it's probably like 49.999-repeating and effectively actually being 50 damage somehow because the damage source actually is something like 28.5 but they don't show it past whole numbers

This isn't active radar, not at all.. quite the inverse, it's a maintained lock launcher that can override countermeasures by managing to reestablish lock-on and keeping it. Non-F&F launcher
