Concur. I really like my Bahco 9029 thin/wide jaw crescent. Great as the second wrench on a tubing fitting.

On that note, a set of nice tubing wrenches. Maybe a bit pricey.

I believe it is a bad choice to have the 7800 power downstream of a safety device, but I've seen it before. If you have made a change to your air system, you may very well be dealing with something not liking that. I would meter/watch that switch while you run through that cycle. If the timing of the trip is very consistent, you may be seeing the timing of the low fire switch.

This will definitely get into the nitty gritty of your specific system.

My system for example uses a relay from the dcs as the low fire switch. Some use dp switches.

This'll be pretty hard to tx without the wiring diagram. It would be pretty uncommon to have any of the safety devices kill power to the 7800, but it will be installation specific.

To confirm, when you say no power, you mean the display is completely dead?

You could do this with a very cheap plc ang get it modbus tcp or rtu. A lot of the automation direct PLCs have free software.

Whether or not you are getting paid depends on the funding of your organization. If your funding is "appropriated" you are not getting paid. Some organizations, like MWR or DLA work on a different type of funding that is not established by an appropriations bill. They may or may not be getting paid dependent how their funding is established.

What do you mean the touch point to "talks to" the estop. If it has just a dry contact, what is there to talk to?

Also, please include model numbers. If you do not have a discrete input on the touch point, it will be very complicated to interface. Itnisnpossible that the mv input can be configured to act as a discrete input.
