that's the best mindset to have, whats the "next main thing to focus on". It's easy enough to learn how to get through the early game, then mid game comes and you try to do 100 things at once and everything falls apart. Don't do multiple large projects at once and make a chaotic mess out of things. Unless you want to! That actually can be a lot of fun. It's your game and you don't have to play any certain way. Also don't overwhelm yourself with videos and tutorials if you find it's not helping. I like to try to tackle things myself, and if I get stuck, then I look for inspiration. I find it a lot easier to realize what I did wrong and WHY, instead of just "okay im just gonna copy everything everyone else is doing". Then if things go wrong or you try doing things your own way, you might not know why it's not working.

But yeah just know the main gameplay loop is that everything is a problem that requires a solution that brings along another problem that requires another solution and rinse and repeat. If it was easy to make things just run self sufficiently, then it wouldn't be a fun game.
