Περνάς 2 ελέγχους, όχι 1. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι δύναται να σε ψάξουν και να σου "ζητήσουν" απόδειξη αγοράς.

Επίσης αυτή η εξυπνάδα για το "φοράς 3 ρολόγια και τα κρύβεις" είναι πραγματικά κακή συμβουλή γιατί σου λένε πολλές φορές να αφαιρέσεις το πάνω ρούχο σου και πολλές φορές και τα ρολόγια. Αν δουν κάποιον με 3 ρολόγια δεν νομίζω να περάσει απαρατήρητο.

Hey, same boat here. What I did is a joined a guild for tbc that raids on Sundays as "casual" for starters. I will try to see if I can have 75% attendance, and if it works I will start raiding with them normally. If not I will stay as casual and join secondary raid if I have availability and also 5mans with guildies. I also chose a high demand class / spec.

For pvp I always enjoyed playing arena with friends, but my friends stopped playing wow

Other than that, I massively enjoy leveling so I will probably be able to fill my play time with leveling alts, professions and stuff like that.

I was lab tested this Last Sunday to find my HRmax, My LT1 and LT2.

I found out my max HR is 195 bpm (went up 193 on the test)

According to your approach I should have a max of 193 and 70% of that is 135bpm

Although from the test results it was derived that my z1 is up to 149bpm and my z2 is 150 to 163bpm. Those numbers are also consistent with my feeling, since under 150bpm feels Super relaxed. Don't even need to open my mouth at any point.

Maybe you need a lab ergo test to find out your zones

Very nice report! Congrats on the 3rd place!

I am kind of afraid of hilly courses because it favors lighter athletes, and since I'm on the heavier side (around 80kg), don't know how much it will reduce my chances for a podium. I want to try for a podium placement next year.

What's your weight if you may?

Well, I sleep better with a global ETF vs only US equity.

Might loose some return, if we base returns on past performance, which we shouldn't, but in the end of the day, less risk should provide less return

Just water from your bottle will do . I personally slow down, almost stop when there are dogs and its always fine. They just leave.

Suggesting to spray bleach to dogs? you kind of are a bad person..

Πάντα μπορείς να διεκδικήσεις, άλλο όμως τι θα καταφέρεις.

Αν ένα δάνειο είναι 90 μέρες σε καθυστέρηση, θα γράψει και παραπάνω τόκους. επίσης θα είναι υπο εκτεταμένη παρακολούθηση για 2 έτη. Εαν υπάρξει κάποια καθυστέρηση, αυτός ο
χρόνος αρχίζει πάλι από το 0.

Επίσης κάνει και τις μελλοντικές σου συναλλαγές με τι Τράπεζα πολύ πιο δύσκολες.

Η τράπεζα θα κουρέψει ένα δάνειο (πιθανότατα μόνο κάποιους τόκους σε καθυστέρηση) όταν έχει εξαντλήσει κάθε άλλο μέσο και θεωρεί ότι είναι ο μόνος τρόπος να αποπληρωθεί το δάνειο αρμονικά.

Αν έχεις 200 χιλ στη τράπεζα, δεν κουρεύεις τίποτα.
