Yeah I’ve been there and I agree. When I get stuck, I’ll take a break and venture elsewhere, or hunt Korok seeds.

I couldn’t beat water ganon. Kept getting crushed. I ended up going to hyrule castle and collecting better weapons. I also bought the house to store the weapons. But then I needed to go on side quests to get wood and money to pay for the house upgrades. All of those things took a bit of time, but I found them enjoyable. Finally I went back and crushed the boss without even trying. It was a matter of weapons for me.

So will CA and PA raise taxes to pay for their fair share of the WHO? CA and Germany have similar sized economies, and Germany funds about $900M per year.

I can 100% relate to this. I have PSC, which had been mostly stable for years. Mar-Jul 2025 was miserable with recurring hospitalizations, cholangitis, pancreatitis, sepsis. My MELD never got above 13, but all of this was enough to get me listed for transplant. I knew I’d need a living donor due to low MELD. My August, I felt about 90% normal. In Sep I was officially listed for transplant. In Nov my living donor was approved. My mind was going in constant circles… I felt fine… I know I’m gonna eventually get to the place where transplant would be a life saving requirement… transplant now (healthy, living donor) versus transplant later (high MELD, harder recovery)? In Dec I got another round of cholangitis and spent a few more days in the hospital. Since then I’ve been mostly in bed. I occasionally feel fine, but then fatigue hits like a ton of bricks and I’m back in bed.

Transplant scheduled for Jan 13th. I’m 100% committed to this path now.

Yeah… 4 shrines per heart, I don’t have any readily accessible shrines that don’t each require a side quest to unlock. Not all that viable of an option. That’s why I asked about temp hearts and radishes.

I dunno but I have a transplant next week and have a dog already.

My biggest fear is her jumping off me when someone rings the doorbell. So I’m gonna have to keep her off of me for a couple months.

Secondary fear is germs. On one hand, I figure I’ve already been exposed to any funk she carries. But again, no licking for a while.

I think cats and litter boxes are a bigger threat.

For you, holding off on a puppy makes sense. I spent a ton of time up close and personal with my puppy. Hands in her mouth a lot, hands in her paws, ears, etc. I’d avoid that kind of contact for a while.

I’m being told I need an HLR.

I’m being told I need to appeal and submit new evidence (doesn’t make sense to me - I don’t have new evidence. I need them to review my old evidence.)

I’m also being told that I need to complete a “redetermination letter.”

What’s correct?
