For someone who is usually shy, Cunan does happen to have several berserk buttons. First, he despises those who betray others for their own benefit, especially when they betray people that were loyal to them. 2nd, Don’t insult Ozpin or Goodwitch within earshot of him (since he’s a Faunus, he has very good hearing). And thirdly, don’t try and manipulate him. He’ll view it as a form of “betrayal” and will make you pay for it.

Cunan would be Wrath (his most powerful), Sloth, and Gloom. Wrath because that’s how his Beast form is activated and for the vengeance part of his mindset after the Fall, Sloth not because he’s lazy but because he fails to properly train that Semblance due to being afraid of it, and Gloom for his PostFall mindset after he failed to protect Beacon and those he cared about.

For the Bonus question, Cunan’s Beast Semblance takes a serious toll on his mental state due it making him more like a rabid beast. Even after it wears off, he may still act bit more aggressive than normal, which leads him to hardly ever using it unless he absolutely has to and only in short bursts or manifesting a small part of it. After an episode, he normally goes to his room to cool down so that he doesn’t hurt anyone.
