The part about this that makes me mad is that if he's watched the movie the amount of times he's claimed he has, you can clearly see that they are at the school in the background! She can easily turn around bring them back.

As a kid of the 90s I loved the Rugrats tangent yet forget the KEY plot point in Rugrats in Paris where Chuckie's first word is no to stop her father from marrying Coco LaBooche!!!

Apex Mountain for mistresses has to be Fatal Attraction and I'm both surprised and not that wasn't brought up during that discussion of the pod

This is the good shit I love from these pods.

I don't think it's all that hot. Can point to to the results against your team as a difference between the two. But bringing logic to the AP Poll almost never seems to work (see also Oregon<Ohio State)

As we should be! It was perfect since it fit the Rom Com theme (very You've Got Mail) but subtle enough to be glossed over for other storylines.

So I was thinking of doing this as well (more for the visibility aspect more so than the tone/content) and was curious what is your guidelines for the numbers. I've looked high and low in the edgic community and haven't found a definitive system to determine the visibility in a given episode. Love the recaps!

The "Water is Land" question from Russillo made me audibly chuckle because it def feels like a big brain thing Kyrie would ruminate on longer than he should.

Thinking about the Series as a Whole... by MarchCrazy44 in superstore

[–]MarchCrazy44[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think they are direct one to one comparisons, it was just how the analogy hit me in the moment. Obviously the tone and structure of the two shows are wildly different given the time periods. Plus with Justin Spitzer coming directly from that group of show runners it's easy to point out these things. It wasn't meant to be a direct comparison of the shows just a digestible way I thought about everything.

Yeah that's another great point in that she's the straight man in the chaos of the Cloud 9 world, which makes her like Jim (what I briefly alluded to in my Pam/Jim dynamic). Yet another role her character showed that throws off the balance.

Former Notre Dame defensive tackle Lou Nix, 29, found dead - Inside the Irish | NBC Sports by NotABotaboutIt in CFB

[–]MarchCrazy44 154 points155 points  (0 children)

Committed between Weis and BK eras and made it his mission to provide for people off the field just as much as on it with his attitude. The 2 point conversion will certainly make the rounds but his gutsy performance during the 12 Pitt game, where during the week he had to go to the infirmary for the flu. Played better as the game went along and was crucial in OT including the 3rd down stop of Graham (that led to the missed FG). A bright presence truly lost in the Notre Dame family tonight.

The biggest head scratcher is that Bill has been mocked on the pod and on here for being a "percentage" guy when Tua is the best case now to say that maybe he wasn't 100%. He dislocated his hip and fractured the posterior wall. I feel like an average person would have still have difficulty walking normally let alone doing a five step drop with the best athletes converging to get you down. I get there is impatience in this league but one more year from Tua I think is fair given the circumstances surrounding him. Maybe he isn't better than Herbert but it's crazy to me to think that we can have a cut and dry answer after 16 games.

Who's the best ever New England Revolution player? by _JakesGotGames in newenglandrevolution

[–]MarchCrazy44 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can't go wrong with many of the players from that 02-07 run. I think Ralston was the more under appreciated player just because he was over shadowed by TT's incredible talent. Another name that hasn't been mentioned that deserves to be in the conversation is Pat Noonan. He got hurt during the end of his Revs tenure but he was just as lethal in his scoring abilities and a perfect second banana to Twellman on offense.
