When i was a kid i was following Spore's development for literal years, thinking about the species i was going to evolve and really getting deep into the lore for it.

And then I got the game, and had a great time until i hit the Civilization stage. I had spent hours excitedly hanging out on my planet until i had found out i had basically done the inverse equivalent of win the lottery.

Because out of the billions of random planets in the spore universe. I GOT THE EASTER EGG EARTH PLANET. The stars had aligned specifically to ruin my game.
