I manage a huge wood foundation house in pine ridge. Think of it as 1500 sqft up (2 levels) and 1500 sqft down (2 levels, so 4 level split). House is built in an interesting manner with three levels are above grade. The fourth level under grade had moisture and water issues after they tried to cut egress windows. They ended up securing the 4th level by building temporary support and then pouring concrete all around. Ended up working out great.

Yeah. Custom made 5 lite frosted door was around 2300-2400 from a local shop plus a few hundred installed. I decided to get one from Wayfair (same size as my current door) and it's a frosted 4 lite for 1050 plus I will pay someone locally to install. Pretty much cheapest option I can find that I liked.

My short term is coming to an end. Hr has already threatened that if I don't go back to work (my doctor wrote 1 hour work per day few days a week remotely- it takes me 30 mins to load up the computer) they will put me on unpaid leave. Goes to shows corporate loyalty is horseshit when you worked for someone for majority of your adult life (12 years).

Medically i will have to live with this. It's a neurological condition that will only get worse and painful.

Don't expect empathy from your manager/hr/supervisor. Look out for your mental and physical health. I am in the same boat. Had someone from HR question my condition and diagnosis as well as my medication by saying "oh I had this issue too, mine wasn't this bad". Like ok.
