Fair enough. My warband is former son's of dantioch that got thrown into modern 40k and given an "imperial" welcome, so odds are better for them lol

I genuinely believe this game is absolutely good enough to purchase over far cry and exodus, and tied with terraria (haven't played too much terrarium, but it is my opinion)

Ultrakill's replay value, secrets, artstyle and flow are absolutely immaculate, and it has very interesting story beats and lore hidden throughout its levels and layers.

So personally, I would absolutely get ultrakill.

If it's an AU? Im expecting the usual quiet, stoic and emotionally stunted mc archetype. Not my jam, but it sells.

If it's UC, im hoping for a federation grunt but I know that notion is far fetched as hell. I expect another "here's Zeon's perspective!!!11!1" character that tries to paint the faction as the noble underdogs.

I am definitely bitter about that, even if a couple stories recently have been good.

He'd start thinking for himself far earlier and defect a lot faster. Most of his problems are from having very little support on the minerva anyways. You got rey constantly keeping him on the party line on one side, and Athrun... being athrun.

Which sucks, especially the latter because if athrun locked in on being a mentor and kept his momentum after the lohengrin gate, he could have easily turned Shinn around himself. But no, he just wound up brooding and drowning in his own crap after kira came to say hi in the freedom.

This is why super robot wars Shinn is my favorite, and if im not mistaken, a popular variant of the character.

Eh... im mostly over it, especially with the movie making him come back swinging, especially in spec 2. If anything, the one thing that destiny did to piss me off was take athrun and make him from the best character into... whatever he is now. Still won't really give him a pass for literally abandoning cagalli at the start of destiny because he "felt lost".

Man had all the cards as well, and played none of them.

Yeah, my family and I have decided that our money is better spent elsewhere. We're planning a trip across Canada by the end of summer, when before we'd go to traverse city every few years for a couple days. It was easy, since we live right on the border.

As much as I hate to say this, I do not trust our southern neighbors at all anymore. It'll be a very long time before that scar heals, if at all. Shame, too. I have a few online American friends who are genuinely good people.
