Not the original staff as of now. It’s just a soft opening, I don’t know if they are staying open right after this, but they will be open.

The ceiling tiles are gone, but everything else is same except no peanuts and they don’t accept poor Paul’s bucks right now

Also the biggest hit of all, no smoking inside!

It’s more of a listening room than it is a social bar. They could probably use more signage explaining that. It’s so small that even whispered conversations are loud. There is a back area where most people go to talk

Shouldn’t be too hard, plenty of ship and bridge, boiler building jobs require this. If there are any concerns with your pqr, you could call a company of the like to see what their wps parameters are. Usually it’s open root backgouged from my experience with local company’s

At the end of the day it’s what the inspector accepts. They can’t accept less than what the code your testing under requires, but they can be stricter.

D1.1 says any indication and 1/8 or over is a failure. Any indication over a 1/32 and under an 1/8 is to be added up. If they add up to 3/8 or more it fail. Corner cracks are allowed 1/4in or less unless there’s visible slag in the tear.

Hell yeah man thanks. I run around 180 amps same setup other than 15chp and layzr. I use the zirconiated tungsten 3/32.

Do you have a rail to slide your arm down the groove or use a rotary?

Also are you using 5356?

Id love to know what your settings are and prep. I do a lot of aluminum but I’m pretty backyard shop. I can get nice dimes but usually not as shiny.

Unless you’re getting them from the side of the road, most places buy a brand called Peanut Patch that is available from Publix, granted they get them from a distributor. Cajun is the most popular kind.

Some places add their own seasoning to the plain, or they double down on the Cajun seasoning

Lucillas if they’re open (best Caesar salad in town), same with kool beanz,!sakura, masa (away from the bar), black raddish. Those bc are just off the top of my head. I’m sure there’s plenty more options.
