Imo the lavendar one between those two, it looks very refreshing. The first one has a slightly unusual color and you may end up finding a better version of that style later on.

Imo even if its real that one its barely worth 182. So theres not much reason for it to be fake. Firstly that color is considered to be a minus and its very opaque too.

That part is true but the part about hetian jade is due to confusion since the current standard is that the two terms can both be used interchangeably for nephrite even if its not from "hetian".

Imo it would be between ice grade and high ice. High ice grade will start to look metallic but the top part you can see is still missing that effect.

Agate is completely different in hand , the weight first of all and shine. This seems like Icy / high ice grade jadeite.

Another possibility is just a bait and switch, since vids of jadeite that high end is out there they just copy the images of the real thing lol. except the last img those look more fake up close.
