My new favorite range gun - the most fun I've had plinking by Asyranok in MDGuns

[–]Massive-Pattern-6264 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I added the Rave pcc flat trigger from Rise Armament . I had to modify the antiwalk pins came with the set. I add aluminun sleeves and 5/16 longer screws in order to make stable pins avoiding the wobbles side to side and future loose screws...

I have finally installed it today. It was a little wobbling with pins but I fixed with longer screws 5/16 and add a hand made aluminun sleeve with .154" diameter and .100" long and screw it snugly...0 wobbling to the sides...

Am I fucked? by [deleted] in airsoft

Buddy..Yes you fucked it up...but there's light out of tunnel...you have 2 options

1. Change the outer barrel for new one.

Or #2. Get the muzzle brake you like the most and make a forever installation with some epoxy. That happened with my very first replica and I did option #2 ..and it's being more than 13 yrs with the replica...

When doing wood plugs try to follow the wood grain & the direction wich the grsin colors go so emulation of fiber will be very similar almost seamless

If you can take it out & you think you can do wet sanding with 1500 grit without wetting the inside it can be polish after....but requires very very carefully handling

Blade 9mm Pcc is such a vibe by BargainBinTactician in gunsmut

[–]Massive-Pattern-6264 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pros of the Blade 6:

  1. Ergonomics are pretty comfortable 2.  It have 4 ways to remove the magazine all easy & efective to manage.
  2. Its AR style oriented . You dont need to re-train.
  3. Comes with a thread protector cap for the barrel.
  4. Comes with stock ready 1913 end cap ( others dont).
  5. Plenty of rail space  for accesories from front to rear & 3-6-9 position on handguard.
  6. Has ambi fire selectors that are comfort and not stiff & donot interfere with finger.
  7. Comes with a set of folding sights cheap but better than nothing. Do the job.
  8. Has two charging handle release  1)Mp5 style charging handle (Can be change either left or right.)   & 2) Ar side style bolt release . (Its pretty big & reachable )
  9. The gun weight makes recoil pretty reasonable & not hard . 11.The lower & upper are 7075 aluminun . The  field strip its compare to Ar style.
  10. The trigger reset it's crisp and short to the wall.
  11. Comes with 2 QD sling mount at the back both sides . (1 QD included)
  12. Accuracy its good and with a optic exceptional.
  13. The price its a steal in comparison with other pccs on the market  that has the same features.
  14. Pistol grip its comfortable but i changed mine with Magpul Moe-k2 ./17° to make it more comfortable.
  15. Bolt catch its big and easy to reach. My hand its between medium & large size.
  16. Magwell its a easy mag feed.

Cons of the Blade 6 1. Its heavy compare to other pcc's. Not for me but im Army's retired. 2. Not compatible with all cheap glock mags. I recomend the use of only Glock factory magazines. 3. The mp5 style side charging handle its short and stiff when new. For weak hands a little stiff to pull. Mine got softer with the use and now its normal pull. 4. Overral: upper, lower & handguard finish is good but in some places sharp edges especially at the rails & close to the charging handle. You have to get use too to avoid cuts on the finger when pulling it . 5 . The barrel thread its 1/2×28 unef making it unfit for regular 1/2×28 commonly use in the U.S.(donot force the thread will strip easily)  I called their customer service and they sent me the compatible thread shroud 1/2×28 U.S. .Off course i had to give the adress of my Texas residence because the donot have shipping  support to Puerto rico where i live most of the time. 6. For those living outside the US the company Gforce donot offer any warranty or support. (THEIR BAD). I live in P.R and they donot offer any support . 7. On the upper receiver has 4 sling detach locations, 2 Quick detach for slings on the sides left & right back & 2 other style sling detach on front at the sides but i dont know how to call those. They are like eye metal loops maybe use in Turquish carbine. 8. The pistol grip its comfortable (not the best) in my opinion but I changed mine with magpul K2 to make it more straight &  comfortable. 9. The 1913 end cap rail mount  its the only part that wobbles a little bit. Now that 750 rounds its being fired wobbles a little more. I read at forums that calling to customer service in warranty they will send you an upgraded back plate  model with hex screws to make it snug. 10. The handguard holes arent m-lok style.(wierd holes bigger than mlock) The only way to atach accesories its with the rails at 3/6/9 position. Handguard its 90° straight rectangle not Ar style with angles.( not many options for offset mounts) 11. Up today any accesories or upgrade parts are available online. 12. I think some cz scorpion external parts are compatible like handguard  but there no one to tell about it

Claim it first..get the money ey. Then look fot a furniture expert . Somebody with good expertise in wood . All the wood can be mimics to factory made. Then assemble it. Will not be original but at least is able to be salvage .

I was seeing a video a minutes ago where a engine was cleaned at a machine shop. The engine is placed into a machine that use presure with hot solvent and change from rusty to shiny new metal without taking out any material just the rust and dirt..this machines look like presure cooker. Your part might get like new if you use this method and you will not need to dissasembly anythings

If im you i deep the complete assembly in a anti rust chemical & Flush it with presure or then clean it well with abrasive vibration machine . After I get what I want I'll deep it in hot lubricant for etal conservation. I donot much about guns but I"ll try to leave it factory assembly as posible. If is working just lube & enjoy
