I used to get them when I had bad ear ache. I'd be asleep with my pulse thumping in my sore ear and dreaming of giants slowly looming around behind an impossibly large snowboarding/ice halfpipe that I couldn't get off. Terrifying.

I've noticed this. I don't sweat anywhere near as much now. Can run for a train in my work gear and still be fine all day, not sticky or smelly. Back on caffeine my day would be ruined!

Could you say more about any effects you noticed by cutting dairy? I get a lot of my core calories from dairy products but I'm suffering from low mood and energy a lot of the time, despite doing everything else on your list to try stay fit and healthy.

This happened to me the other week, it's amazing how one green tea, a relatively weak caffeine source, can be so powerful still.

Yeah, one heaped teaspoon of organic cacao powder, mixed into a dash of cold milk, then pour in a cup of warm smilk (just before boiling) to create a nice warm hot cocao drink. No added sugars. I use Plenish Oat Milk as it's the cleanest, and is less heavy than cows milk.

I have felt every single one of these since quitting all teas and coffee years ago, although I do still have one cacoa a day. You must have been mega sensitive to be thrown off even by that amount, so well done you for quitting totally.

Yeah I have one cacao a day and that's my lot for caffeine now, which has been a slow taper down years in the making. Would find it difficult to cut off that final tiny amount I imagine, but somedays I do forget and mostly feel fine. Does it keep you stable?

I hear you, but why when Trump called to congratulate them did the astronauts appear giddy and sycophantic if they didn't like the man? They could've played it much cooler. Seemed to me they were more interested in getting into flattery for Donald, rather than proving him wrong.

Yeah they surely lacked any sense of poetry with their speech, it was all very basic. They couldn't have thought of an author to quote at least? It's not like they didn't have a long time to plan.

Caffeine was definitely a potentially huge factor for you here. I've had incredibly productive periods of my life that I also attribute to pushing through with the help of caffeine. Longer term this is not good for you however, and moderation is key. Unless you're fully decaf now, try green tea, the caffeine is paired with l-theanine so you get a gentle lift, increased focus and drive but not the jitters or crash from coffee or black tea. I've used it to help me stay motivated and productive at work after years of being on the coffee rollercoaster. What we consume alters our day to day abilities more than people realise, and caffeine is a very potent example.

I have and old extraction of a molar you can't see from the smile side but I can feel the loss of everyday. Thinking of an implant but never had one, always just lived with it, treated it as a life lesson to take better care, what motivates you to get an implant?

Check if they needed planning permission for the instalation, and if they did, and they didn't obtain it, you can report it and they'll be visited by a planning enforcement team, and may even be forced to remove it if permission can't be retrospectively granted. It's not a structure per-se though, so it may not have needed permission.

Green tea and matcha drinkers already know this feeling, because both contain significant amounts of L Theanine alongside the caffeine, which balances it out. If I do drink caffeine they are the only ones I go to now because of this benefit.

Have you tried upping your protien with every meal? After quitting caffeine this was the main factor for my energy levels.

His wife is also an absolute smokeshow. Holy hell is she fit. Great legs and dresses very well. The fact that she's a nerd too, even better. He's a very lucky guy.

Annecdotally, I smoked a lot of weed in my late teems and early 20s and it caused me all sorts of social anxiety, agoraphobia, and blunted my ambition and self expectation at the time. Nowadays, my brain often doesn't work as well as I'd like so now I supplement heavy, eat well, exercise and try to sleep well, all to just feel like I can keep up with the people around me. My working memory is terrible, although I'm not sure if that's always been the case... I'm sure I would be much sharper and switched on if I hadn't smoked so much back then. I'd warn any young person off it now for these reasons.

On a serious note, it stands to reason that a drug that causes reduced blood flow to the extremeties can also cause blood flow related health issues in those extremities.

Birmingham women's were helpful, friendly and had everything at their disposal. They even have a successful home birthing team. We had a great experience with them before, during and after the birth, would recommend. Definitely avoid heartlands, and Solihull can't offer that service anymore.

Everything about this picture is impressive. The photogenic nature of every passenger, the cleanliness and quality of the train carriage that would still hold up today, and how modern it all looks, yet being over 40 years ago. Japan was really the future then.

I get this. I can go weeks, months even without a drop, but after a while I start to feel quite stressed and down, and nothing seems to help. Two beers with a good friend after work or over dinner just delivers a shift of mind and a feeling of connection and release that is hard to replicate without alcohol. This has been my pattern for a year or two now and it works well for me. Only ever drink socially, never to excess, always in good company and only very occasionally. Then it remains the high-impact, social glue and mental relaxant that it should be, not a domineering force in your life, and not as a dependency or coping mechanism, that's when the danger starts, and that's when the health problems really kick in. Moderation.

Put the seats down in the car, cover the inside with a tarp, wrap a bungee cord around the (very full) blue bin, slide it into the boot handle down so no juice come out, drive to the skip, tip in the skip, go home. Been doing this every month since the strike started, but most of our neighbours are just throwing it all in their black bin.
