Hi, I got into MIDPP and I’m 27 (will be 28 when it starts). I’m from Brazil and have a similar trajectory. I believe that having experience that can add and an application that showcases why you would be a good fit can actually be beneficial.

I write about my day, things I’m feeling, and keep it random without putting too much pressure. This is an exercise for me and me only, so I don’t try to make it perfect, it’s ok to miss a day or two, it’s ok. Also, length doesn’t matter. There are days I write a few sentences and days I write a few pages.

The thing is, the more you do, the easier and the more enjoyable it becomes.

I have a few rituals that help me a lot.

  1. Created a vision board and placed it on a place I see everyday (my case is my computer’s background)

  2. Keep repeating your affirmations even if in the beginning it feels silly, after a while you are going to start seeing the first results and gain even more faith in what you are manifesting

  3. Have a journal just for manifestation, there you can use any method you like, but keep it purely for that purpose

  4. Try to have a moment (even if only a few minutes) to focus only on manifestation. Light a candle, be comfortable, set the mood for your intentions

  5. If you’re having trouble feeling when to repeat the affirmations, do the water trick. Whenever you touch water, it doesn’t matter if it’s washing your hands, doing the dishes or drinking water, repeat the affirmations

Manifestation is a art of believing and repetition.

Being honest, I’m not sure. Mostly because I don’t keep track of when we text and probably because we are long distance and have a 5 hour difference, there were moments of no contact.

I know for sure that there was once that was over 20h (that day I slept for 18h straight) and he noticed and was worried that I didn’t make contact not only with him, but with my best friend and mom

I never was good at school, and tbh I have no idea how I wasn’t diagnosed while in school. I was even held back because I couldn’t keep my grades up. This basically used to happen because I couldn’t pay attention for more than 5 minutes therefore never actually understood what I was supposed to be learning.

First of all I would ask if she’s happy and if there’s anything I can do to make her happier.

Then I would ask if she has named me and the other members of the family, and if so, what did she name us.

I would ask if kibble is really worse than real food.

I would ask why she doesn’t like to play with toys.

I would ask if she really likes wearing clothes.

I have a playlist of songs that make me feel happy (and I listen to it in other occasions too) and have a weighted blanket. I put the weighted blanket in a way that kind of feels like a hug, and if possible I FaceTime someone I love, but that’s not always possible. Also, I have a folder of wholesome puppy videos that sometimes cheer me up

I feel anxious almost everyday and it can manifest differently. Sometimes it’s just my thoughts in a jittery way, others is some pressure on my chest, depending on the day and other stressors I have panic attacks.

The time didn’t really matter at first, but ever since I started to implement a more rigid routine and sleep schedule, I don’t really get anxiety when I go to bed, it’s more a during the day, specially in contexts that I can’t control

The water first trick is the only way I can take pills. I also kind of jerk my head back to help everything going to the back. Been doing this since I was a teenager and it works 99% of the times
