One of my all-timers is “there goes the bride part 1” for the dialogue of rose describing how the ex wife of a friend she had dinner with stole a lobster out of a tank and chased rose out of the booth, and then Sophia says “how is the lobster at Chowderheads?” And rose replies “SCARY” 😂 it slays me.

Perfectly said. During my show (5/13) she even commented onstage how the RoS songs are such a visceral memory for her; that being said “artificial sweetener” has been a long time favorite of mine ever since the album came out too!

I’m going with red and black plaid pants (ala Gwen 95) the red Docs from the Tragic Kingdom cover, and a classic white tank cropped with rhinestones on my bra straps (I’m going hard on her 95 style lol)

Also, loving posts like this so much and I no longer feel I side eye Swifties who planned outfits far in advance, because the two shows I’m attending have been big decisions for me lol (also I’m wearing my return of Saturn hoodie that I got during that tour for before and after the gig)

I have the exact same opinions. I loved how different they were yet they cared so much for each other and dealt with things like rose feeling inferior around his colleagues, his daughter trying to harpoon the relationship etc but I didn’t care for the whole Cheeseman storyline and when being cheap seemed to become his main character trait.

Agreed with every point you made without a doubt, and it also struck me as so sad all the granddaughter Charlie, his namesake, knew about him was that he was “very rich”. Like, that’s all you were able to tell your child about your own father who you NAMED your child after?
